POWDER COATING PROCESS
Powder coating layers give aluminum profiles high protection also it gives wide field for colors testing as a special bolster is used with high quality against rust & resistance of ultraviolet.
Spray Polymer powder on the aluminum profiles treated by Chromic acid by electro-static way then thermally treated in order to get the final product.

QUALITY TESTS ARE CONDUCTED ON A CONTINUOUS AND ORGANIZED BASIS DURING THE PRODUCTION PROCESS WITHIN THE SECTION UNTIL IT IS SURE OF THE QUALITY OF THE PRODUCT AND COLORS AND ARE AS FOLLOW & THE PRODUCTION WILL BE AS FOLLOWS
Pass a color sample of the production according to DIN standards to make sure about quality matching for the process of pretreatment.
Powder coating layer thickness for surfaces is checked in order to achieve 120 micron maximum for coating layer.
The method recognized of color codes (RAL) is followed & tests conducted periodically in accordance with the ISO scale to make sure that the degree of gloss within the limits of the extent required and the degree of adhesion of powder with aluminum is good.
Routine tests are conducted on a regular basis according to the measure of rock well to make sure the degree of hardness of the paint, also examining the degree of resistance of coatings layer against rust& Erosion factors to be presented put in markets with its good condition.
